Absolutely! Use our photos and descriptions for free. They’re designed to make your products look amazing.
How often do you add new products?
New styles drop every month! Keep your store fresh without lifting a finger. We’ll email you when hot items arrive.
What if something sells out?
We update stock in real-time. If an item’s gone, it’ll vanish from your site automatically.
How do I connect my website to your inventory?
It’s easy! After we approve your Shopify store, we’ll send a simple sync guide. One click, and you’re done!
Can I add my logo on the packaging?
The jewelry boxes are unbranded (they’re still super cute!), but your brand’s name goes on the shipping label.
Do I really need a Shopify site?
Yes. It’s how we connect securely. If you do not have a Shopify store, please sign up for a $1 trial. Your Shopify store must be fashion related to qualify.
Shipping & Logisitics FAQ

Who pays for shipping costs?
You decide! Add shipping fees to your prices or offer free shipping. We’ll charge you our low partner rates, so you keep the profit.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We only ship within the U.S. right now. But your U.S. customers will love how fast their goodies arrive!
Can I use my own packaging?
Our jewelry comes in pretty, unbranded boxes. But if you want your own packaging, you’d need to have everything delivered to yourself so you can repackage the items. Stick with us for zero hassle!
Can customers track their orders?
Yes! Every order gets a tracking number. Your customer gets automatic updates, so they’ll never feel left in the dark.
Where are orders shipping from?
All orders ship from our U.S. warehouses. No overseas delays or confusing tracking.
What if a package gets damaged?
Please ask your customer to provide photos of the damaged goods, and we will send a replacement at no cost to you.
